early morning the Hopewell Forge kitchen may just be the place to sit awhile. This room of the original house has been both the living, dining and sleeping quarters. A larger addition to the original house was added not long after
to make room for the iron master's family.

At Hopewell Forge there is plenty of space for the family to spread out – in the downstairs living room, upstairs bedrooms, the “Loft Room”, two porches, plus a patio.
